LEDVANCE relies on the experience of Die Gruppe Werbeagentur for a global key account campaign. We initially conceived the central idea and also took on the direct international coordination and implementation with the 18 participating countries. From the start of the campaign, B-to-B customers and potential new customers were made aware of LEDVANCE products on all relevant online and offline channels as well as at the POS.
In order to be able to control the campaign in a targeted manner, the foundation for the campaign was laid in a workshop. From this, we first derived the customer journey based on the localized touchpoints and developed a synergetically linked action plan.
The idea of the key visual enabled us to create a flexible product stage on which the most diverse country-specific products could be staged. The individualization and coordination of the campaign with all 18 participating countries was supervised and coordinated by Die Gruppe Werbeagentur .
